Just go to east side stairs and go up and into the room on right. There will be crack on the wall right next to the door just smash it and you'll the pass for locked that leads to upper section.
Very well done ( although the sex scenes could be a little longer in duration ). Well thought out, and fun, not overly grindy and the story line is quite different, so many use the same scenario.
