if the red button is not active, then you have already deactivated it. The wheels is in plain site in that room. check your inventory

This dev is probably one of the best out there! Updates come so fast! And he is making bank now so that's a good thing. At first I didn't like this game but then I really really got into it. Now it's my favourite and I look forward to this updating as soon as possible, which it does since the dev releases more content every 10 days or so. Totally the best one out there
