To reach Malchezaar and recruit 2 Draenei, you need to collect Rune in each subzone in Karazhan. It's green growing rune,just click it, when you get all 3 you'll be able to reach boss.

Theres way too much content with you being fucked by dudes instead, i mean the last updates were just gay sex scenes if ur playing male with maybe 2 straight scenes.
