Lol, definitely skin conditions.
When the game started this immediately put me off too, but a scene later the weird facial coloring was gone, so I guess it's an ärt-style"that fortunately doesn't ruin the entire game.
Then shut up and go to sleep. 90% of the games on this site have dream sex. No need to make a stink about it.
The graphics are a bit odd and take a little time to get used to them. But, what threw me at first sight was the opening scene with the MC having an epiphany because of a snail. (LOL) Just a weird way to start a game... but what the hell... I'll keep going and try it out.
