The game story is good. Lots of bug though.
And way too grindy. There should be options to avoid these grinds.
The sex scenes are just not good enough. Music-sound-script-visuals, all 4 must blend in together. The script is good, but the others seem all over the place.
It's an actual game. Games aren't really mean for fapping, at most it can be arousing.
