why i can't install the game..internal memory is enough for update..and the problem still the same..what happen this new update??

is the game suppose to have sound/music? I played a bit in and have not heard one single sound or any music. Yes my speakers are on. The sound in preferences is turned up. Its not muted in my mixer? Any thoughts? Ran it as administrator. done everything I can think of.
