decided to see for myself. the update was EXTREMELY short (less than 10 minutes), but pretty good.

It is based on the choices you have made previously and can be avoided with the right choices. I didn't find any gay scenes, but there are some with a trans girl. If you have decided to have a relationship with her you will see all those scenes related to them!
Trans Stuff = Gay stuff = futa stuff No straight person if they are honest with themselves enjoys sword play.
That being said you can totally ignore it. Very interesting story and characters. Not the best graphics but seem to be improving over time.
