What is the difference between RPGM and Ren'py?

RPGM looks and acts like a JRPG from SNES era, Ren'py is story and renders with (sometimes) choices strewn out here and there. Same story, different gameplay.

Game keeps stuck... Got 3gb ram nd 5gb free storage.. wont keep going over 2 mins, it gets stuck every time... I even uninstalled pubg ???????? game still crashes.. very disappointed..
