I don't think you can go any further with the girl from the headmaster's office yet, and there are no interactions with the headmaster outside of the ones related to the mother.
I think the 'c' versions are just bugfixes. If I had to guess it would be the floating headmaster fix.

Download the new version, unpack it, paste the incest patch and your old saves into it.
