no it's not, there's literally nothing to do once you've finished their story for this version. except poking the girls body parts with the mc's meat stick while their asleep. "necrophilia"
almost all games are just like Player1 says, when you delete them the saves remain on you're PC and return to the new updated game save folder
but not all are like that LustEpidemic is one where you have to keep you're save folder and physically transfer it to the new update each time or start over
from scratch. since the saves are not kept saved on you're PC, so my advise is to download the new version and check it before you delete the old one.
and to download 7-zip file manager, it will help you to unpack difficult games, and it has helped me many times.
