You click the side with the green circle, when the moving bit in the bar in the center is within the zone.
It makes the mother from your Landlady, into your Mother, and your roommates, into your sisters.
Because of the way Patreon works, you can't have Taboouous games, so they just disguise it as 'roommate' or the infamous 'landlady', and release a patch so it's your family, like it's meant to be.

Genuinely one of the best games on here.
The flow and interaction of the game is smooth, the characters have some depth to them, the story is not too grindy, the sex scenes are plentiful and become extremely well done. The game is not even 100% complete yet and I am excited to see future updates.
