Im sorry for my ignorance, Im new to these type of games and I have no idea what is the incest patch. It says it adds content but does that mean more "regular" scenes or more options to interact when the ladies are asleep?

The scenes are always there bud! It just means they become your Mother, Aunty and two Sisters š
Yeah, I just copy the whole saves folder from one version to the next ;-). If the latest save crashes on you, the next one back should work like a charm!!
Hands down my favourite game so far! I mean, hell, Timestamps, Melody and DMD are up there. But the way this game goes about it is second to none. Not to mention Caroline!!! Daaaaammmmmnnnnn.

I've played a handful of games and if it weren't for Caroline, this game would just be ok, but she is 2nd to none, the HOTTTTTTEST chic in these games.
Does anyone have any recommendation to similar games like this one? Point & click/interactive with maps/calendar..
