Just go to the file and open the file "save" then copy the save. After that paste it in save file in the new version.

This game is pretty great the character models are possibly the best iv seen. Not only in quality but in overall design. This game is perfect for those who just want a hot game with tones of sexy situations happening a lot. But there is also a story. Its a pretty decent game and its definitely one to play. I also recommend Acting lessons and No More Secrets
