Has anybody managed to get the card locations; the file in the walkthrough is not accessible because the host is down 24/7
Either you've downloaded too much in a short period of time and gotten to your maximum downloading for MEGA for a few days, or it's unreliably handlable in Chrome Incognito mode. Wait a few days, then download, or, consider trying to download outside of incognito mode.
It *is* possible. Unfortunately I don't know how, as I'm on PC, but if you download the patch, and manage to unzip it, somehow moving it into the 'game' folder of the game should have it installed.
Sorry I can't give more in depth instructions, as this is super basic, but it should be done like that, and assuming Android is at least a bit similar to PC, it should work after having that done as well.
As it turns out it is already comes pre-enabled on Android
