What is the difference between 5b Android and 5c PC?
has a reputation for taking an extremely long time for any updates, and also for abandoning projects in the middle. last post for an update to this project was over 2 months ago, whilst milf's villa was pretty much abandoned. Has 5 projects some abandoned and others as said, very long time for updates.
Typically bug fixes. (Err, if you mean between platforms, probably nothing.) Both versions should be the same, like 5b Android and 5b PC would have the same content. 5b would typically have some bugs, while 5c would have bug fixes.
He's had medical problems. Next update comes out August, and the last post for an update to this project was June 27th 2019, which is four days ago.

We talked about this maybe 30 times now. In a few words: The next update is coming on august.
Truly I don't know what the problem is, MrBusiness. Perhaps it gets buried? Maybe we need a reminder every two days in the comments here, in all capitals, explaining the situation again? I get what you mean: this is getting a *tad* annoying. (At the same time, I don't mind *too* much.)
