There are tons of other sites like fap-nation that also provide Download Options to games.
And with the support they arlready have through Patreon they wouldnt really care or have time to check what is posted in the anonymous message boards here.

how can i resume from 0.5 version saves
I think savegames are only compatible if the previous and new game versions both have the incest patch or not vice versa.
So if you had the 0.5 version with incest patch you need to patch the new version too.
