The developer claims he's still working on it, but there' hasn't been an update in forever, so most people think it's abandoned.
It might be sacrilege to suggest this, but I kinda hope there's something resembling a happy ending planned for Bob. Unattractive as he may be, he doesn't strike me as a bad guy, but you're led to destroy both his marriage and his career for the sake of pussy. The seeds for a happy-ish ending have already been sown: he enjoys being dominated by strong women, and Linda seems more than capable of filling that role. She could even let the player decide whether to include him, and in what capacity.
