This game has been abandoned, the earlier update this year was not made by ICSTOR himself, someone else picked it up.

His Patreon page indicates that Milfy City 7.3 has been delayed, and he claims he's working on Milfy Mafia now.
Will he ever release either one? I wouldn't bet on it.
well icstor hasn't updated this game since july 15th 2021 and he has been put on review once but figured a way round it..so yea icstor probs dropped the game
..and that update was just to let people think he came back to work after an eternity of nothing. With all the new games out there this one doesn't even deserve to be considered anymore.
