try with blender3d or some rendering software. blender is free so give it a try, you can download 3d models and anything and there is a bunch of tutorials on youtube for everything.
This particular VN uses 3DCG models. The models are either created from scratch using a program specifically for 3d modeling like Blender as mentioned, which is free2use. Their are many other programs that you can use, most beginners start out with DazStudio and work their way up to more expensive game industry standards like Mudbox.
