I have not made it or even played it through yet, but looks like it at least:
Restores Celia's path to a genuine blackmailing path like in the 0.7xRestores "college" to (high) school and Celia's "professor" title to a teacherRestores neighbours, Sidra and Isla, and their content in the gameRestores/fixes Caroline's path
In short, the mod kind of merges 0.7x and 1.0e versions, so the game should now play more like it was originally intended to play.
Now we need a mod that COMPLETELY removes pool swimmer trash storyline.
Out of all new content I liked s-scenes with that shrinker from the intro.
And yeah, a retard on dev at least could remove the line boasting about animations becase 2024 is just around the corner, and it looks extremely hilarious to brag about such thing in your game nowadays.

Installed as directed and at least no change at the beginning when talking to the therapist. still landladies and college is far as the eye can see.

To get rid of landladies you also need taboo patch. As for college IIRC that has always been the case. I don't think it was never named "high school", but restoration mod restores Celia's title to teacher (not "professor") and makes her blackmailing path real again.
Is this game is finished?
Practically yes, but the final version has some content watered down/censored. Older 0.71 version was better in that regard. There is also a mod which merges both versions together.
I'm not sure, I'm still going through the base game.
But apparently there is DLC content 1 coming... who knows.
