By far not complete. Feels maybe halfway but the parts that are there are pretty much better than any game on here of this type. At least on par with my cute roomate as far as completed content goes.
It isn't typical in that regard. But you have to remember this game is not complete yet. There are a few actions that you can repeat like webcams or weekend events but as of now I don't think there is a way to replay the scenes without starting a new game. In my opinion it add's to the play ability.
