An average game, story is blah and pointless, graphics are good but could be better, has plenty of interracial (if black girls is your thing - go for it), sex is plentiful but in very brief bits and not very entertaining. Overall, if you're willing to endure 3 minutes of dialogue scenes for every 10 seconds of sex scenes, it's alright. Otherwise, you could do a lot better.

32 bit exe contains trojans as per Virus Total, also seems both exe files are 2 years old. Also, the archive is first packed with zip and then with rar so that antivirus can't verify it. I would not risk running it, even though there are rumours the game actually is not abandoned.
It seems that every single statement in this comment is wrong.
- Only two vendors report a Trojan in the 32-bit exe. This looks like a false positive. Some Ren'Py versions are notorious for that.
- The files are not 2 years old.
- Yes, there's an archive within an archive. The game's Taboo Patch is archived (RAR) with the game, which itself is a ZIP archive. If only it was that simple to confuse AVs...

I received 6 or 7 trojan alerts with 32 bit file. Even your links show first submission to virus total in 2023. I did not say it's so simple to confuse AVs but it is so simple to confuse some file sharing sites.
