There are some hidden behind machines, only some part visible, you have to look more carefully, and don't wait to finish time, game ends automatically after you picked up all stuff.
to blackmail the brother, after 11pm, just send the drone non-stop to the director's room. If you don't have access to her room (via the drone), you may need to go into Dick's computer. For the rat...the walkthrough shows you the possible places where the rat may appear. i just loaded the game over and over until it was on the dumpster on the left (really easy to see). I was playing on windows though not sure if the clicking function works in android. Hope it helps.
