After first doctor visit, he mentions you have to have sex with 9 girls, but the task says you have to have sex with 10. So when it gets down to 2 left, it's just down to Anna and the shop girl and no way to get a medical examination. Is that a bug or is there another way to have sex with 1 of these girls to get the medical exam?
