After you find about the rat you need to go to the store and buy a trap for it, then go to Jamal and he will lead you to some rats.

talk to the secretary, make a photoshoot with her(this will allow you to hack Dick's computer>confront the director>blackmail her son Derek (you need to spy him at night)> you must fuck Barbara to get the documents (after you blackmail Derek he will search the documents for you).
in that time the game will send you at Barbara's pool. She will ask you to oil her up (use the special oil from Jamal).
