no, it's not the end.. you get the red folder from derek.. barbara little brother. you have to use the drone to watch him wank off and blackmail him to let him see his sister. while there you ask him about the red folder. use the massage oil on his barbara and bone her at the pool.
i have boned Barbara and gotten the red folder. but when i go and tell my cousin that i have the folder, and then go to the director to confront and speak to her nothing happens i press on the option and nothing. so i think it's the end so far just annoying that it didn't pop up that it was.
that did it, My thanks ACE my hero :). don't know why i didn't try it before, but it is kinda stupid to have to do it a second time, right after the cousin but oh well.
After getting file go to roommate office cabin and show her file then u will go to directer for.....

you have to see pic's and click on and read the other stuff then go home and have the upgraded drone and survey her room at midnight and after to see dick and her son š
you maybe missing a few triggers. look at the pictures table on the directions table. then after looking at the director's memo on dick pc you will trigger spying on them at her window. you must of gone over to barbara's house during bring anna home. to trigger upgrading drone.
How to get the red folder and enter in Barbara's house
instead of using the suntan on Barbara, you have to use the special oil you got for gym trainer's massage. Her brother will get you the file after the scene.
This game is nauseatingly repetitious and boring. Not sure how it'g gotten so popular.
I guess you have been doing things wrong lol the only thing that repetitive is the minigames. The cheat menu is a good workaround.
