First you need to get knocked by the guy who wanna Rough Sex cousin's friend (i can;t remember her name) then just go and talk with the trainer.
For what? You can press "esc" and you can hack the game from Main Menu.
The time must be right. You can't advance nowhere in this game if you don't do certain things first. Use the walktrought.
