U must have 4 hearts to do it with her. So play the story a bit more until u have 4 hearts.
I'm glad that the developer decided to continue this game, for sure I thought it was done when mc goes to college. But one bothers me so much is how the fuck u unlock the shower sex scene?
You need to use the oil too so she doesn't hear you come in, then move into the bathroom and when she notices you she'll ask what you're doing. Say you wanted a shower.
