Do the gym scene with the secretary and roommate, then the next day wait until midnight and use the drone to check the pool. do that until you see him and the daughter swimming. There is also a new scene in the roommates bedroom at night. wait til she is sleeping and do whatever you want to make her wake up and she'll screw your brains out. I haven't figured out the scene for the missionary photo.
