Seems to be that the more content is added the more bugs they don't fix. Very buggy game, can be fun in a way. But there is so much wrong with it, especially the broken quest lines. Not a quality game.

Hi there, CG means Computer Graphics. So you'll get picts from the game when DL it. Meaning it's not essential for the game to run and for your to play it.
