before u play the school mission just change [SCHOOL QUEST #18] in variable at save editor just upload ur save file and system.json in save editor

before u do mission make sure u save the game and go to folder save file, upload in save editor and u will find variabe # ??? in save editor, u just need upload system.json in save editor , after u upload system.json, Variable # ??? Will exchange to data in game just search ''SCHOOL QOUEST 18#" u just change that

You have to go to "Golden City" which is east of East Town, or South of Chinatown. You can't get there via the bus you have to walk there. $20,000 is the cheapest car.
