If you think of making a pr0n game yourself, please consider using a different framework.
Imho RPGM is the worst engine for those games. If you don't use RPG mechanics for a game and just want to 'tell a story' with decisions and paths, then you would be better advised using Ren'PY or Unity. They are easier to update too.
If you instead refer to the rendered graphics and animations, most use Daz3d, Honey Select and others that i forgot
