But you are not alone. Your family is there to slowly help you back into your life. Your wife, who was also involved in the car accident, has fallen into a coma. But that doesn't mean that she is gone. Through circumstances that you don't yet understand, she appears in your dreams, showing you things from your past life that you forgot.
On your journey to finding New Memories you will uncover things that seem unspeakable to you; moments you experienced with your wife that are of a more precarious nature. Will you embrace this side of your life or will the morality that you didn't care for before your accident come back? You can decide everything yourself.

There is no build up in this game in any way. The MC is a Gary Stue with no flaws or development, all the women want to fuck him and they are only holding back because of his memory loss.
There is no pay off because all the seducions where already made in the past.
The story about the accident could have been interesting but there is so much unimportant sidestuff happening that it seems nobody incl the MC gives a fuck that someone tried to kill him.
There are way too many charakters in this extreme slowburn. And there is no real story, it is exposition mostly

The story is pretty clear that people are worried about the accident and there is a build-up to the women not just sex, so it's it really shows how dumb your comment is. Also the Dev says right at the start that this is a story focused game with sex scenes in-between but the story will be the main focus, so I seriously learn to read.

dude i dont think you even played it, cause there are 5 ppl including the MC that care he got in a accident so you must of not got that far in. Its not really a slow burn in the first chapter there is like 3 or 4 sex scenes in it a few hours of play to it and while there is a lot of characters they all feel different.
I figure it like this, "I am NOT making games myself, SO, Who am I to tell somebody HOW to make THEIR own game."
