I haven't been able to find Angel/Mavis/Karmen in game. Can anyone give me a hint?
who you should focus on first is a friend of your character's cousin, who visits there every now and than. Early evening is the time I'd recommend. Once you've progressed enough with her, you can unlock 3 more girls. And oh look, you mentined 3 names. Coincidence? I think not.
So there is an update only, but no hint about which version it is an update to...
