I really like this game. I am not a fan of the super huge boobs in games, but there are plenty of girls in this game. I would say some of the people that don't like the game just have not played much of it.
Udate only doesn't work at all, game doesn't start - Google Drive is not accessible - and the complete game is way to large to download it from Mega - a compressed version would be nice.
There is a post on Patreon saying the dev is looking into the problems with the update only version.
You can bypass the MEGA downloadlimit with a free VPN of your choice (I use Hoxx VPN). Download till limit is reached, then activate the VPN and reload the site.

As someone says below, using a vpn is the way to get around MEGA restrictions. I just switch to another country when the limit is reached, and I never have any problems downloading whatever the file size
