PATREON prohibits incest. The base story will always be written with stepmother, landlady, mother's friend. At some point, someone creates an incest patch and makes it available for download.

When the DEV writes the original story with incest, Patreon bans the page. Devs need to use "unofficial" incest patches in their games.

Why are People downvoting this? The game looks like crap, I played for 5 minutes then I could not take it anymore.
It isn't a filter, it's just bad render. They didn't give the computer enough time to do a better render, because their computer is a shit, or they don't know how to render or because the just don't care.
O.K. First, got to give props for trying. Now comes the critique. Please for the love of god, get your renders straight. Nobody, nobody keeps the default Daz Studio / Poser render settings. Also, it literally looks like you are using stuff from other games. Go to ZoneGFX.com and get some original skins, models, morph, clothes, props, setting and light sets. Again, i know its a first release, but damn son, learn to use d-force looks like they have hair helmets and cardboard clothes.
