The game is great, lots of content, lots of girls.
The few people saying it's missing an NTR tag have obviously only played the very beginning of the game.
Your sister is an absolute slut in the game and in the beginning you'll be able to spy on her at a party giving someone a BJ, later that night she brings a guy home and they have sex. Not long after this you get the OPTION if your sister should keep brining guys or girls home with her or not.
Well, if you choose the sister route and she fucks other guys than it deserves the NTR tag. It's not hard to understand. MC is getting cucked so NTR tag is appropriate. But since we have a lot of sissies in here you lost the ability to understand when someone gets cucked.
