It means that you just need to wait for the twelfth week to come around, for the twelfth Sunday event. One pair of panties you get from the shop in the mall by clicking the box and buying them, and another pair you get from the small bag in Naira's room.
Thats a decent game. Animations are quite clumsy but do get better later on but still remain average. The girls a designed to suit evryone but overall they are just ok. Gameplay and storywriting and telling is meh. Could fap tho
