Talking to Esther *should* work: have you checked the walkthrough/confirmed you are in fact on the correct step? Because there's no way to get in while Naira's not there without the Esther method.
You can buy one at the mall, find one in the safe, and repair one you find in the mansion.

you have to buy the 16gb ram ($200) and then go to speak to esther in the garden in the afternoon and tell you have to get into naira`s room to fix her pc

Completed the gallery. My thoughts for v0.11:
Setup: Good showcases of normal girls with a pinch of monster form, and not uncomfortable. Nice touch.
Gameplay: open world, and much still under development. Probably the only complaint I have is that the hints are quite vague. "Hang out" with one of the girls to increase relationship level can be many things at different time. Though the walkthrough is good.
Story: nothing really. Each girls' background story is fairly developed, however.
