It has stats like an rpg, choices like a visual novel, and a sort of card game for determining outcomes. It has an amazing 90's theme sprite art. The latest update I believe takes the card game away for hentai scenes and replaces it with a corruption stat so that unlocking the art doesn't get blocked by random card draws.
