Melody: Continue the route until event 13, pick "Do it" and if Nicole can grow a penis there is more content
Rose: It requeires for you to have introduced Melody and Rose and then you need to have sex with Melody (the new one)

yup couldnt have said it better myself, some gender bender stuff isnt bad (this isnt sex change bs its waking up in some chicks body) atleast this games story flows compared to interns of ectasy island, that games story is random so event occur out of place and the gender bender aspect is almost never referenced and feels more thrown in then an integral part of the story, this game is actually pretty funny, whereas interns is just a slog thru endless walls of text
