No More Money is a visual novel game with a lot of choices and consequences.
Everything started when our landlord lost his company and everybody is forced to move in a different city. Here we have to start from zero in a small apartment with only two bedrooms, so "unfortunately" you'll have to share a room with your younger roommate.
Since you're already 20 years old, it's time for you to help the household however you can, so getting a job will be a priority.

Downloaded this along with the mod, unlocked the memories and gallery, did a check in 15 minutes by skipping through all the new content. There are long conversations with all the love interests (even with paths closed). Only sex scenes with what, I'd term, some of the side characters (I think Lisa, Lauren, and Emma if you have her open). None of the progress many of us would like to see with Patricia, Charlotte, or perhaps Denise for some of you. I am not saying the dev should not have a long healthy break (my understanding is he also works a day job and has a family), but oof after that massive wait to again not advance in any meaningful manner with the main characters. This is why I stopped donating to him. Will check again next update! Or maybe wait a few since they're generally a disappointment like this. No More Secrets wasn't like this, although that one felt like there was a sudden change in script-writer after the first 3rd.

People might not love the update but it's worth keeping in perspective that like 90%+ of the stuff on this site is trash-tier, and this game is S-tier (or maybe A-tier until it gets another chapter or two), like right up in the same league almost as BaD, CK, AoA, etc. And the really cool thing is its writer with English as their native language which is right there just like saving an hour of frustration trying to interpret terrible Engrish in other games.
It is. Still, we're going on year...3? I know we're a couple of years in on this. No More Secrets was not like this (and the writing was bad for the first part of the game). It feels like he got a writer at some point, but he never mentioned that on Patreon. Anyway, yea, lots of bad games, some good games, but still don't appreciate being strung along for years when he could've easily advanced the main characters and their story if he wanted. He doesn't want to.
Yeah, not having finished games gets worse and worse as DLC and games as a service keeps taking over. The indy scene is supposed to be different (and better w/Steam, etc.) but Patreon is probably worse in this regard since it creates every financial incentive in the world to keep stringing a hit game along... compared to keeping that cash cow flowing, a completed Steam release is often a secondary priority. I have confidence people will burn out on Patreon teaseware eventually.
It would be so much better if the MC wasn't such an arrogant piece of shit. I'd much rather watch this fuckstick get murdered than laid.
So I played a little of the 3.1 update and got rather confused. I though I had the MC break up with Emma and yet there she was, all lovey dovey... Did all the previous content and decisions mean nothing?

The music in this game is incredible. I play it just to listen to it in the background. The game is ok.
