For those using the walkthrough, there is one thing missing in episode 6, after Lizzie and Vanessa tell you to get changed, go to Jeanne's room and click on the key. Won't spoil it too much but give it a try.
Bottom right when you're able to free roam I believe. They're just additional pictures.

Yes, though keep in mind, I believe this is incest patch only. Do it either way, if you have it or not, just to check, but yes, everyone should be doing that.
