I've played the game from v0.34 (downloaded from another site) and I've never encountered the famous "dick dream".
I think it had an ntr tag.
Yes it has an NTR tag. The dev even stated he would be adding NTR which made it a trashcan item on the spot.
Game dialogue is also so rotten it looks like it was typed up by somebody with a speech impediment with a life mission to give everyone dyslexia.
