There is:

- You have to choose between adding one of the LIs to your harem or whoring her out
MC is not a cuck nor gay, and it is debatable whether anything in the game could be considered NTR. The opening scene has MFFF and the only reason there isn't more is because the game hasn't gotten that far yet. There is plenty of MFF.
The animations in this game are really good but the writing can be cringe.
