are u downloading all parts? i have parts 1 and 2 and never had an issue, im playing thru part 3 now (havent downloaded newest version of part 3 yet but last version was fine)
if ur on android....well cant help ya there i play on pc, could be the android port is fucked if ur playing on that platform

Here is the fix one posted the 3rd of July in the comment bellow
"All that has the problem after the nickname, do the following: ā game images.rpyā by replacing all āwebpā with āpngā . Open by notepad, now go to edit, replace āwebpā with āpng ā replace everything and save . Itās just open the game and have fun"
Chapter 1 and 2 were both good and enjoyable, idk what the fuck happened with chapter 3 but I absolutely hate it.
