I don't actually think there are any pirated games on this site - there might be some pirated comics, but all the games I have seen are "Patreon" games which are, in theory at least, free - even the ones that can be bought on Steam later on.

Well I mean some stuff gets versions that, at the time, are still Patrons-only, or otherwise gets Patron-only material added to its DL list, such as walkthroughs or special galleries, or the like.
