The Park Rating System is busted. The RNG is broken asf and I dropped to 0 park level and can barely make it back to 10 now.
Were can I find the treasure for Helga.
I just click every attraction I have and eventually I found one in the jungle cruise... but I don't know the prerequisites, i use Overdue cheat though too
I think I figured 2/3's of it out. The first thing go the the mermaid's place and click around I THINK. Second is go the the cruise in the day. I'm not completely sure about the first one. I'll update when I get the 3rd treasure.

There's some stuff with Pete, then go to Toon Town at night time. I think you need the second part of the park (costs 2 Mill iirc, might be changed) though
You'll need to draw Jessica Rabbit basically click on the pen you'll see the (???) And you know what to do after then go speak to Pete and that's it
