You become FIRST mate to shakala tribe, if you know what "first" means. But you can avoid the ntr by killing shakala the first time you meet her, instead of entering the goblin quest line.
And there is the ntr scene with the priestess and the giant, and there is the scene of mia Rough Sexd by goblins, but you can avoid both if are high level enough to win the fights.
