Well I don't know about Mac
But in android you have click one time on the screen from both of your hands at the same time to open a menu box you can do many thing from there (even save your game )
I have almost finished 50% of the game and I cannot find any incest content in it????
How i conclude the domestic issues?

there's a massive game-breaking bug (literally) where the queen spider comes out of the MC's backpack and you have to follow it but every time you step on the certain tiles which trigger the event it keeps repeating so you cant get out of the tower and if the event triggers twice in the row the game crashes. I'm stuck if anyone knows a way to bypass this please help.
